Divided Food Containers

One Sunday in Rome

In a sunny Sunday in the park, including noisy children, flying balloons and crayons to color Rome seems less chaotic, frantic and confused.
A day organized by Doctors Without Borders for children and parents looking for open spaces and beautiful energy. And
There was a positive energy and heavy yesterday in the park of Villa Pamphili .

A huge park, a green lung in Rome, immense. Yesterday
children have painted over with the nose and listened to the telling of stories and watched the sky that was at times threatening to come back clear.
Do not miss walking among the green expanses that lead to the lake.

And sometimes it does not hurt to lose.

Tips for trips

There is a children's menu, high chairs, the use of organic food in the restaurant Bistros Live , just inside the park. And to those who have good eyes and the details will not escape the attention of furniture, especially the dining room. Eat well with the children in a place that is also beautiful to look at, this is a mix I like.

The board, especially for Saturday and Sunday, is to reserve for lunch or, if you arrive early to park, to be put on the list and then just call the table is ready.
You can also take the picnic basket and enjoy a meal laid out on the lawn!

I love the west side of the park where the look is just what the Roman countryside and where space is more suitable for children.

Entry Vitellia is via 102 (last admission is at the corner of Via Vitellia the Olympic) or via Leone XIII No. 30)

To get to the park:

If you arrive by car: parked on Via Leone XIII (the height of the footbridge) or at the side of 102nd Street Veal.
If arriving by bus: take line 870 to Piazza Pio XI or 31 or 791 direction towards Clodius C.ne Cornelia. Stops are Piazza del Bel Respiro, and Leo XIII.
You can also reach by tram , taking line 8 (which begins in the center, Largo Argentina, and does all Viale Trastevere and then climbs up the ring road Gianicolense) and the stop Casaletto. From there we are 500 meters to the entrance in Via Leone XIII No. 30.
